It's time for Summit 2018!

It's that time of year again! We're packing our bags, shipping our booth, preparing our materials and putting insoles in our shoes as we get ready for the 2018 Dynamics User Group Summit. With only a few days remaining, we can hardly contain our excitement for another round of epic Microsoft Dynamics networking, education and fun.
This year, MetaViewer is attending as a Premier GPUG Sponsor and a Gold AXUG Sponsor. This means that you'll be pretty hard-pressed to miss us! We'll be debuting our brand new version of MetaViewer, MetaViewer 7, and our new Touchless Invoice Processing functionality. Touchless Invoice Processing processes purchase order documents and routes them through workflow steps completely without human intervention. It matches POs in users’ Microsoft Dynamics solution and runs through a set of evaluation rules to determine whether the PO matches corresponding documents within the system. The PO is then routed directly to Microsoft Dynamics. The system runs rules against the corresponding invoice in Microsoft Dynamics, checking whether it is a current invoice, a duplicate invoice, is open against a PO and other pre-defined evaluation rules. If the PO passes each rule, it is automatically routed to Dynamics. If it fails any of the evaluation rules, users receive a report and are able to manually reconcile the PO.
