Microsoft calls for "cloud trust" from partners

There's no denying that cloud computing is playing and will continue to play an integral part in the future of IT, software development and services for businesses large and small.  In the eyes of CIOs and other business and technology decision-makers, one of the largest perceived drawbacks for cloud computing is uncertainty surrounding security.

Security in the cloud is a valid concern, and one that Metafile takes very seriously. No matter how MetaViewer is deployed, be it hosted or on-premise, we take steps to prioritize security of information, ensuring that data is only accessed by the right people at the right time .

In a recent CRN article titled, "Microsoft Bangs Drum For Cloud Trust," Microsoft urges its partners, vendors and developers to work to establish cloud trust with customers, acknowledging the importance of instilling confidence in this technology. It's up to Microsoft partners like ourselves to join the cloud trust movement. It is our hope that businesses everywhere will embrace cloud computing as a trusted solution.
