Latest research from Aberdeen: Accounts Receivable and Customer Relationships
The Aberdeen Group recently published its latest report, "Focusing on Customer Relationships in the Order-to-Cash Cycle," which demonstrates the positive impact that an efficient accounts receivable (AR) process can have on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
One interesting finding within the report is that, overall, companies are feeling the pressure to improve service levels while lowering customer service costs. This results in an increasing focus on two main strategies: streamlining processes to remove non-value-added steps and increasing their use of electronic invoicing.
