ROCHESTER, MN. - February 2, 2011 - Dan Hunstad, senior systems analyst with Metafile Information Systems, Inc. (www.metaviewer.com) has been named a recipient of the "2011 Provider Pros to Know" award by Supply & Demand Chain Executive. Throughout his more than 11 years of work with clients involved in manufacturing, the supply chain and other industries, Hunstad is looked to as an expert on understanding the core business and supply chain challenges that AP and AR are meant to solve, and then addressing those challenges with the right software solutions.

Hunstad believes one of the most significant supply chain challenges his clients will face in the coming year and beyond centers on negating inefficiencies surrounding invoice reconciliation - the process of matching invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents whether automated or completed manually. Hunstad's resolution to this challenge is to first adjust workflow surrounding the invoice-processing process, and then leverage AP automation technology to work within those processes to cultivate better working relationships inside and outside an organization.

In his role as senior systems analyst, Hunstad supplements his installation, support and training roles with in-depth workflow consulting surrounding customers' invoice-processing routines. He unlocks AP/AR automation technology's value by working with Metafile's customers to establish and refine workflow rules and processes to best support it.
