Getting the most from Microsoft Dynamics SL.  Entercom integrated Metafile's MetaViewer Enterprise software with its Microsoft Dynamics SL ERP system to gain new levels of functionality, workflow and automation.

An end to passing along paper invoices. Instead of being touched by up to a half a dozen staff members, each paper invoice now is touched just once, to scan it, and MetaViewer automatically extracts critical information for accounts payable, making this already green company even greener.

Reduced costs. Entercom now handles invoices and payments at its headquarters instead of hiring clerks at local offices, and it no longer needs to pay couriers to transport paper documentation from local stations to its central accounting office.

Improved business processes for AP. An automated workflow ensures invoices are managed in a consistent fashion, and the company has an accurate and dependable vendor history on which it can rely when responding to vendor calls.
