Efficiency, visibility a focus for all industries

Within the manufacturing and distribution industries, each industry category - from food distribution to metal fabrication - manages vastly different vendors and produces entirely different products.  Despite these and other differences, true accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) efficiency is a common goal across the spectrum.

Any organization that handles a large volume of invoices and produces a large quantity of products should understand that achieving true AP/AR efficiency means aligning AP/AR processes with the technology designed to support them.  As Jim Mandt, our vice president of technical services, often states, before AP and AR technology of any kind can be implemented; the underlying processes must be extensively evaluated and aligned to achieve true efficiency.

We've found that this philosophy resonates with our customers involved in all industries.  In addition, by selecting AP/AR technology that integrates with an organization's existing ERP solution, organizations can achieve intelligent automation by entering information only once, whether using AP/AR technology or the ERP.  The impact to ERP return on investment can be tremendous.
